Common questions
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Internet is needed when you activate, and again once a year when you renew. Between those, billing, KOT printing, reports and the waiter phones all work on your own Wi-Fi, even if the internet is down for weeks.
What happens to my old bills when I update?
Nothing is lost. The installer takes a full backup first, adds only what is new, and checks that no bills or settings went missing before starting again.
Can I use it on two computers?
One licence runs the software on one billing computer. Phones and tablets connect to that computer — up to the number of devices in your plan. A second outlet needs its own licence.
My computer died. Do I lose everything?
No, if automatic backup is switched on — we set it up during installation, ideally to a pen drive or a second drive. We move your licence to the new computer and help you restore your data — free of charge once a licence year, which covers a computer that has failed or been stolen.
Do you handle bar bills with VAT?
Yes. Alcohol is printed in its own BAR section with VAT and your bar tax number, while food and soft drinks stay on GST. The bill shows food total, bar total and grand total.
Is training included?
We help you set it up on call at no charge. If you would rather we came to you, our onboarding fee covers on-site installation, entering your menu and training your staff — ask us for a price.
