Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 September 2026

This policy explains what information SOILNEST PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It covers our website at flyerpos.com and the Flyer POS software.

The most important thing first

Flyer POS runs entirely on your own computer. Your bills, your sales, your menu, your staff records and your customers' details stay on that machine. We do not receive them, we cannot see them, and we hold no copy of them anywhere.

The software contacts us only to activate and renew your licence.

1. Who we are

SOILNEST PRIVATE LIMITED CIN: U01400MH2020PTC344381 Registered office: Shree, 13, Gujrathi Colony, Bhandara, Maharashtra 441904, India

For any question about this policy or the information we hold, contact:

Piyush Nichat Email: contact@flyerpos.com Phone: 8552019399

2. What we collect, and why

When you contact us

If you fill in our callback form, message us on WhatsApp, or call us, we collect your name, your restaurant's name, your town and your phone number, and any email address you give us. We use this to reply to you and to follow up about the product.

When you activate or renew a licence

At activation, and at each annual renewal, we collect:

  • Your restaurant's name and its location or address.
  • Your mobile number and email address.
  • The name of the person we deal with.
  • Your GST number, where you give us one.
  • The IP address from which the activation request is made.
  • Identifiers for the computer the licence is bound to, being its network adapter address and computer name.
  • Your licence and activation history.
  • Your payment and invoice records.

We collect this to confirm that the licence is being activated by the business that bought it and at the premises it was sold for, to prevent licence sharing or unauthorised activation, to issue and renew your licence, to invoice you, and to provide support.

When you use the software

The software transmits your licence key, the device identifiers above, and your licence status to us at activation and at each annual renewal. Each such request also records the IP address it came from, for the verification purpose described above. This is the only automatic transmission the software makes.

If you switch on diagnostic reporting, which is off unless you turn it on, the software sends application version, operating system version and error codes. This contains none of your business data.

When we provide remote support

Remote support happens only when you start the session and agree to it, each time. During a session our support person may see whatever is on your screen, which can include your bills, your menu and your staff details. We do not record these sessions, and we do not copy or keep anything from them.

We do keep an internal note of when a support session took place and what was done. That note contains none of your business data.

When you visit our website

Our website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies beyond those required for the site to function. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

Our web host may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses and browser information, for security and operational purposes.

3. What we never collect

We do not collect, receive or store your sales data, bill records, tax records, menu, staff wage records, or the names and phone numbers of your own customers. All of that stays on your computer.

We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not share it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only where necessary:

  • With our payment processor, to take payment.
  • With our accountant, for bookkeeping and tax filing.
  • With our installation partner, where one attends your premises, limited to your name, address, phone number and what they need to complete the installation.
  • Where required by law, a court, or a government authority.

We do not share your information with anyone else.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your business contact details, licence and activation records, including IP addresses, for as long as you are a customer and for three years afterwards, so that we can verify past activations, reactivate a licence, or answer a query about an earlier installation.

We keep invoices and payment records for the period required under applicable tax and company law, which is generally eight years.

Enquiry details from people who do not become customers are kept for one year and then deleted.

6. How we protect it

We keep your information on systems protected by access controls and passwords, and limit access to the people who need it to do their job.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that affects your information, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:

  • Ask what information we hold about you and how we use it.
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong, incomplete or out of date.
  • Ask us to erase information we no longer need, subject to records we are required by law to keep.
  • Withdraw consent you have given, though this may mean we can no longer activate your licence or provide support.
  • Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.
  • Complain to us, and if you remain unsatisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India.

To exercise any of these, contact Piyush Nichat at contact@flyerpos.com or 8552019399. We will respond within thirty days.

8. Your own customers' data

If you use Flyer POS to store your diners' names and phone numbers, that data is yours and sits on your computer. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you are the Data Fiduciary for it. You are responsible for telling your customers why you are collecting it and for obtaining their consent.

We have no access to it and no responsibility for it.

9. Children

Flyer POS is sold to businesses. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always at flyerpos.com, with the date it was last changed shown at the top. If we make a change that materially affects how we handle your information, we will tell you.

11. Grievances

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact:

Piyush Nichat Email: contact@flyerpos.com Phone: 8552019399

We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within thirty days.

If you remain unsatisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
